- I love being a mom. I adore my kids, and I have an amazing, supportive husband with whom I am still madly in love after 19 years of marriage. I love books, movies, and writing. When I was a teenager, I went everywhere with a notepad and pen and wrote constantly. At one point I dreamed of becoming a reporter. My dreams have changed and many have been fulfilled so I find myself envisioning new ones and enjoying new beginnings in my life. For the blog, I will use nicknames for my dh and kids. I am not a member of any church (LDS or FLDS) or polygamous group, but I consider myself an "Independent Fundamentalist Mormon".
